Sanghamitra Chaudhuri's docu-feature on Rabindranath Tagore's attempts at establishing communications with his near and dear loved departed ones, titled "Bidehir Khonje Rabindranath", has a release date of May 13, 2011.

The film has been made after extensive research - Rabindrabharati University and Biswabharati University have actively participated in the research work. Rabindranath Tagore attempted planchets to reach out, according to reports.

Rabindranath endured the deaths of people very close to him - Mrinalini Devi, his wife; Madhabilata - his daughter; Soumendranath - his son; and of course his great intellectual inspiration Kadambari Devi.

Bidehir Khonje Rabindranath stars Abhishek Chatterjee, Anshuman Gupta, Souradeep, Arpita Mukherjee, Abhinandan Dutta, Indrani and others.
